A Note From Our Group Leader
So, what exactly is Vermont Counseling Network?.
Â
Thanks for stopping by the Vermont Counseling Network. If you're here, it's likely because someone recommended this page to you. Perhaps you're looking for a therapist, or maybe you are a therapist seeking to connect and network within our Vermont community.
The Vermont Counseling Network was initially established to create a sense of community and connection for Vermont therapists. It began back in 2018 when I was in private practice and wanted to learn more about what my colleagues were doing. Since then, it has significantly transformed and grown.
At the heart of the Vermont Counseling Network are our core values: to support therapists in Vermont and ensure we have high-quality providers in the state. By supporting Vermont therapists with accessing and connecting to high-quality work, we are able to grow our quality of providers. We achieve this by fostering connections and networking opportunities, as well as providing training and resources that support therapists in their work.
While we do not endorse any specific therapist in our directory, we offer this tool to help the community connect with available therapists. The Vermont Counseling Network sees itself as a place of growth and support for our community. If there’s anything we can do to foster collaboration between the mental health and wellness community and Vermonters, we are always open to connecting and learning more.
Best,
Rachel Totten
